Ondonte Dental Staffing was established in 2005 to help dentists meet the challenges of both permanent and temporary staffing needs.  With over 25 years of experience in the dental field, our knowledge of the dental profession and technology creates a unique service designed to meet and exceed the expectations of doctors and their offices. Using the latest technology and being largely web based allows Ondonte to be highly flexible and mobile.  

♦ Diane Wishart has a B.S. degree in Business with a concentration in accounting from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.  Having served 21 years as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California, Diane shared her skills in tax and accounting work with small businesses including dentists and physicians.  Her background in business and dentistry allows Diane to understand the importance and challenges of staffing a dental practice and the economic importance of having the right personnel in your practice.

♦ Penny Marrs, a native Nebraskan, attended the University of Nebraska and University of South Alabama where she studied nursing. Always interested in the healthcare field, she spent 25 years in Pediatrics and Orthodontics managing front offices. Penny brings her years of customer service and innate ability to connect with people on a personal level to Ondonte Dental Staffing where she acts as our recruiting manager, providing our clients individualized attention. Since moving to the Bay Area in 1996 with her family, she has finally been able to pursue her childhood passion for horses and spends much of her spare time with her Arabian mare, Crystal, riding the local trails.
