Code of Conduct

Ondonte continually strives to deliver the highest quality dental staffing services by referring the finest dental professionals to select dental practices. The Ondonte code of conduct is the doctrine to which all Ondonte team members, referrals and employers adhere.

Ondonte Referrals:

Attitude

You are expected to be polite, courteous, self motivated, confident, knowledgeable, responsible and honest.

Timeliness

Once you accept an assignment you are expected to honor your commitment. Arrive to work early enough to orient yourself with your surroundings; this should be no less than 15 minutes before your scheduled work day. Meet your employer and gain an understanding of your responsibilities. If you are unsure of your duties or procedures, ask!

Personal Hygiene

Well groomed; minimal makeup; no perfume or strong fragrances; hair pulled back; no loose jewelry or piercings other than ears, and these in moderation; wear a clean smock or scrubs, and wear closed-toe white shoes and socks. Please refrain from chewing gum or eating while on duty.

Communication

Be friendly. Refrain from long stories, discussions of personal life and finances, previous employers and coworkers. Report complaints to Ondonte, not the employer; let us handle any grievances. Always clean your workspace.

Ondonte Employers

Work Environment

We select offices which are friendly, clean, well lit, have a safe and harassment free work environment, and provide the necessary tools and equipment in good working condition that enables referrals to perform their duties to the best of their abilities.

Communication

Take adequate time to explain all responsibilities and expectations to your provisional staff member. Please complete all referral evaluations: quality feedback helps refine and enhance our service.

Payment

All financial arrangements regarding rate, classification and pay date between employer and provisional staff member will be agreed upon before scheduled assignment.
